Kath and her team at Best Bud made our wedding day into the magical, interactive colorscape that we only dreamed could be possible! Kath was so caring, knowledgeable, responsive, helpful and understanding during the entire design process and made us feel heard and seen throughout. We couldn't have asked for a more talented, fun or professional group of individuals to work with. If you are considering Best Bud for any floral occasion, wedding or otherwise, we cannot recommend them more. Prepare to have your minds blown, your needs/wants exceeded, and your floral experience elevated to the highest level imaginable.

We had a specific style for our florals in mind - effortless, colorful, and elevated. We wanted it to feel like we invited all of our best friends and family to a high-end but relaxed dinner soirée in the desert. When our photographer recommended working with Best Bud, we knew right after meeting Kath that we had to hire Best Bud. Our initial proposal evolved over time as we selected bridal party clothes, rentals, etc and Kath was able to match the vibes perfectly. When we showed up for our mock up, our jaws were literally on the floor with the vision that Kath had created. Each detail was perfect and so unique. She knew better than we did how to bring our vision to life. I knew we had nothing to worry about for the flowers on our wedding day, which was excellent peace of mind.

The week leading up to our wedding, we had a wedding dessert hiccup and had to order a new wedding cake. We were panicking but Kath had it handled - she said they could do floral decorations on the cake no problem. Problem solved and it was better than we could have imagined on the wedding day!

Then on the wedding day, she and her team blew everyone away. Our venue was in the desert with no water source and the very high chance of having wind. Our flowers looked perfect the entire day and nothing moved in the wind, nor through the surprise rain showers during cocktail hour. She brought the best people out to help (literally loved each one we met) and they created the most incredible installations throughout our space. We also had fruit and veggies all over our dining tables which was such a fun way for our guests to interact with the tables.

April 2022, Los Angeles

As I was casually looking at florals (one of the things I was most excited about), maybe a month into our engagement, I came across Best Bud Floral and I honestly didn’t look any further. I was drawn to the effortless feel of their arrangements. After speaking with Kath, and moving forward with them, she was so easy to work with, and so so kind! Once we got closer to our wedding date, she set up a really lovely mock-up that my mom accompanied me to, and it was so comfortable and fun! Our venue was already covered in indoor plants and a lot of color, so I didn’t want to take away from what it already offered, only compliment it, and Best Bud did just that. They made the coolest hanging installation for the ceremony, and my bouquet was so beautiful (I still have it). We also had mandarins at every place setting that they brought in, and used throughout the space in different areas. All in all, they were fun and easy to work with, and created a look I could have only dreamed of, yet somehow exceeded it!

October 2022, San Diego

My husband and I are so incredibly happy that we came across Best Bud Floral for our wedding. Kath and team were so creative and professional from the moment we reached out. Kath responded immediately with my inquiries about floral a la carte options as well what was possible to achieve within our given budget. She worked with my Pinterest mood boards and returned an easy to work with proposal. She even helped identify that I liked a minimal and organic arrangement style called Ikebana. With the input and preferences that I provided we ended up going with floral design option that came with onsite setup, rentals, and tear down. The setup from a brides perspective was flawless since it was completed before I even came down. I can only imagine how hard the team worked since it was the hottest weekend of the year! I came down to the venue from the bridal suite and was swept away by how amazing everything looked. I was confident that I would be pleased, but did not expect to be this happy about it. My husband can attest to the amount of times I said “Oh my goodness, this is so pretty….” Additionally, he even reached out to Kath in secret to coordinate added floral moments to our ceremony design (husband here: she was so helpful in getting me up to speed, as my wife had handled everything up to this point — Kath helped me surprise my wife and make our special day even more special!). We fully recommend Best Bud Floral to anyone that is looking for delivered creativity and a fantastic local business experience. They will not disappoint!
